QNB has achieved a major milestone in operational excellence with its Policies and Procedures Department under the Operations Control Division receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management Systems. The ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms that QNB has implemented a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that adheres to the highest international standards.
