In a move to enhance diplomatic relations, the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, has communicated with Singapore’s President Tharman Shanmugaratnam through a written message. The delivery of this message was facilitated by Qatar’s Ambassador to Singapore, HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki. The ambassador conveyed the letter during a meeting with Jeevan Singh, who serves as the Director-General of the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia Directorate at Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
